We acquire properties that fit into our opportunistic acquisition strategy where we can significantly increase the net asset value of the property under our ownership and active management.

Our repositioning approach begins by understanding the appropriate tolerance for risk as well as evaluating what a building needs to be competitive in the marketplace. It is this framework that allows for us to truly bring value to a property. Through imagination and value engineering, we develop a roadmap that aligns asset strategies and management plans with success.

In addition to a disciplined investment strategy, vertical integration of our asset and property management functions allow us to provide a full range of services to our investors and the communities in which we serve.

Market Research:

When the market speaks, REIG listens. We understand that superior returns result from diligent preparation, which is why we focus on the most relevant information while gauging the market by collecting real-time transaction data firsthand. Our collective real estate experience and the technology to source the right deals gives us the upper hand. From investment strategy to government and community relations, we know what to look for. Most importantly- we choose the deals, the deals do not choose us.

Investment Locations:

REIG Asset Management invests in multifamily residential properties in select secondary and tertiary markets across the U.S. with a favorable business climate and renter demographics. We use historical data and future projections to evaluate markets based on factors such as, but not limited to:

  • Population growth
  • Job & wage growth
  • House affordability and current supply
  • Employment corridors
  • Corporate relocation and infrastructure changes

Current and potential markets include the states of: CA, AZ, CO, NV, TX, KS, OK, TN, AL, NC

Investment Criteria:
  • Class B/C Properties
  • Class B/C Neighborhoods
  • Operational and Management Inefficiencies
  • Significant Deferred Maintenance & Repairs Needed
  • Below Market Rents
  • Acquired at or below 75% of replacement cost
